I’ve worked with Lyle for about 20 years and he’s been absolutely brilliant in caring for both my back and my husband’s. We’ve both had quite serious issues over the years, including my husband’s very severe back surgery, and I’ve actually had a maintenance program with him, sometimes visiting monthly to ensure everything continues to function as it should. He always provides clear follow-up guidance and encourages you to return whenever needed, which is very reassuring. His reception staff are superb, making you feel at ease, explaining everything, and showing you to the room.
