I brought my projector in because dark spots kept growing in the picture and he said the matrix needed changing. He told me he’d check it in two days, but I didn’t hear anything for a week, then the part took about two weeks and the whole thing dragged to around four weeks, and two or three days after we picked it up the spots came back even bigger and darker. Communication has been really tedious - I send messages, get an “oh” or that he’ll ask a colleague, then nothing for days, and I still don’t know if the new part is even ordered. The price felt fair, but the projector is worse than before and I honestly expect this to be fixed for free now.

My keyboard on my Mac broke so I needed a replacement. They ordered it and replaced it the same day, and also cleaned my screen. Superb service with clear, responsive communication and they were exceptionally polite. I highly recommend them.
