I got locked out on a Saturday around 8 and found Nuno, he replied immediately and someone was at my door in about 20 minutes. The locksmith worked in the rain for half an hour trying not to damage the door, took the lock out so I could stay inside, spoke with Nuno, and then came back after noon with a new lock. He explained that changing the lock would make the price higher and checked with me first, which I really appreciated - the price felt fair. Super professional and clear communication, it honestly saved my day, and while I hope I won’t need it again, I’d call them again.

Everything was fine from the first call until they finished the work. I ordered an automatic lock for my flat, they texted me for photos of the door, explained what lock would fit, sent a proposal, then came on a non-typical working day at 9:00 and finished pretty fast. English wasn’t fluent on their side and mine, but we could communicate without problems and everything was very professional. The price could be lower, but it was all good quality and since I checked online, it seemed fair.

We left the key inside our Lisbon apartment and couldn’t open the door again. We called Nuno from Madeira, set a time for when we got back, and he waited for us by the window - we came straight from the airport and he was already there. He was really nice and patient, we even had a little chat, and he opened the door as soon as we got there. Price felt a bit pricey, but overall he was really great.
