She is wonderful with dogs and has done an amazing job with our big dog. We first had her for sitting and now we have her doing training too, and she’s been very flexible - she put up with our schedule disruption and even stayed a bit extra when things ran late. She would send us pictures on WhatsApp, she was punctual always, and she’s very polite, a lovely lady. Price felt fair and we’re very happy, so we continue to use her.

I've been using Júlia Santos's dog walking service for almost one to two years already and I'm very satisfied. She has always been professional and super clear and direct with me, and if they don't have anyone available she lets me know in advance and gives me options. I have a senior dog, so I usually book shorter walks, and the service has been very reliable. I would use it again and recommend it, though I do think there is some room for improvement with screening and training some of the dog walkers.
