I took my skittish dog to Zoe’s shop in Poblenou for grooming, and even though loud noises like the blow dryer usually freak her out, she was very calm and happy to go back the second time, even excited to see Zoe and the groomer - I think her name is Susan. Since then I’ve been taking her there for every haircut. The store has a limited selection but it’s very curated, with things like chewing toys and dried trachea that seem safe and organic, and Zoe is really patient explaining why she chose them so I feel very safe shopping there. Her communication is super transparent and whenever I pick my dog up and ask questions I always get an answer, and while the price is a bit on the more expensive side, I’m happy with it.

I have two dogs and I send both to Zoe for grooming; they work very fast and the booking system is very efficient with no complications. They are always very punctual and sometimes they fit me in, and the attention to detail is good. My dogs are easy to groom and they don’t mind going - they were calm and happy, and for one with a special look I asked them to preserve it and they did exactly what I asked with no surprises. The shop also has pet supplies, and the price felt fair.

Every time he enters he feels very comfortable, just there chilling, and they speak English which is very important for me. I like the products they use, everything feels kind of natural and I like how my dog smells and how he is after.
